The Factory is on the beachfront at Hapuku and only 5 minutes drive from Hapuku Kitchen. It offers luxury lodgings in a separate wing of the historic Hapuku Dairy Factory with dramatic views of snow-covered mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Exclusive use for up to 6 guests.

Kincaid Cottage
Kincaid Cottage is situated on 20 acres of green farmland. This self-contained cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay - two spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Located “just over the fence” about 500m from Hapuku Kitchen.

For a haven just out of town and a short walk to Hapuku Kitchen, with amazing hosts and geniune kiwi hospitality, stay at the Manakau Lodge. The purpose built lodge allows for complete privacy that is luxuriously fitted out for comfort. Located further up Parsons road, relax and enjoy the tranquil location and take in the amazing sunsets.
