To ensure you’ll be cooking with only the freshest produce available, the menu is created the day prior, after Fiona has wandered through the garden.

  • Nose to Tail - The Whole Hog

    Our popular one-day course will give you the opportunity to explore and learn every part of a pig, from nose to tail. You’ll view our happy pigs in their habitat, discuss how to raise them and then as they are processed for the next stage. We teach you practical knife skills and artisan as well as butchery techniques. You be able to gain a glimpse of the life on our small farm and how they live and you’ll gain fascinating insight into the journey of a pig from farm to table.
